This is an exciting opportunity for an Events Coordinator to play a vital role within our Marketing and Communications (Marcomms) team in Pakistan, contributing directly to the success of our events and marketing activities across North Pakistan.

About the role

As an Events Coordinator, you will support the delivery of high-quality marketing and outreach activities across the region. You will work closely with the Marcomms team to ensure events are executed smoothly and aligned with our strategic marketing objectives.


In this role, you will coordinate venue bookings, support on-site execution at events, manage marketing collateral, and ensure the efficient setup of webinars and digital activities. You will also liaise with vendors, ensuring compliance with Cambridge requirements, and support the onboarding and management of suppliers involved in events, printing, branding, and related services.


You will play an important part in ensuring that post-event reporting is accurate and insightful, tracking attendance, engagement and key performance metrics. Your reports and media asset management will help shape continuous improvements in our event delivery.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys coordinating multiple activities, and takes pride in delivering excellent operational and marketing support.


About you

You will bring demonstrated experience from a similar Events Coordination role, and a strong understanding of marketing, logistics, and operations. You will be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) and familiar with branding guidelines, vendor management, and marketing processes.


To be succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using marketing and digital platforms (e.g., Canva, CapCut, video editing tools, Flickr or similar).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time management, organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A learning mindset and drive to achieve results.
