Events Coordinator assistant

We are Looking a Female Events Coordinator assistant to oversee the seamless execution of all events and rental operations. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and real-time report with the company owners to ensure every detail is handled efficiently.

Coordinate event planning, setup, execution, and dismantling

  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Manage event schedules, logistics, and on-site arrangements
  • Proven experience in event coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Immediate joiner preferred

Female Candidates preferred

Experience with Exhbition and Events is an advantage
