Events Coordinator (Real Estate Developer Experience Required)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Coordinator with prior experience working for a real estate developer in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing high-impact property launches, broker engagement events, exhibitions, investor gatherings, and corporate activations that support sales and brand positioning.
This role requires strong coordination skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to deliver premium experiences aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute property launch events, off-plan activations, broker roadshows, exhibitions, and corporate events.
- Develop event concepts aligned with brand positioning and sales strategies.
- Manage event logistics including venue selection, production, branding, staging, audiovisual setup, catering, and guest experience.
- Prepare event timelines and ensure flawless on-ground execution.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with event agencies, production houses, and third-party vendors.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Senior Management to align objectives.
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs, broker coordination, and VIP arrangements.
Marketing & Commercial Alignment
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure brand consistency across all event materials.
- Support promotional campaigns tied to launches and exhibitions.
- Ensure events are structured to generate qualified leads and enhance broker/investor engagement.
Budgeting & Reporting
- Prepare and manage event budgets.
- Monitor costs and ensure efficient ROI.
- Deliver post-event reports including attendance, leads generated, and commercial impact analysis.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience as an Events Coordinator within a real estate development company in the UAE.
- Proven experience managing property launches and broker-focused events.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management abilities.
- Commercial understanding of how events contribute to sales performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple events simultaneously.
