Events Coordinator & Sales (from E U )

Trace Media – Dubai

Trace Media, a leading technology media and events platform based in Dubai, is looking for a driven and ambitious Event Coordinator & Sales to join our growing team.

This is a dual-role position (50% Sales / 50% Event Management) with strong commission potential for high performers.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Sponsorship (Primary Focus):

• Actively generate new leads and secure event sponsorships
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and partners
• Identify new market opportunities to maximize sponsorship revenue
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals

Event Management:

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events including logistics and operations
• Liaise with sponsors, suppliers, and venues
• Ensure sponsors receive full deliverables and satisfaction
• Manage event execution and solve any unexpected issues
• Travel when required for event implementation

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• 1–2 years experience in events, ICT, telecom, media, or hotel banquet
• Proven sales ability or strong interest in sales
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets
• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)
• Preferably from E U / W e s t e r n (advantage)
• Currently based in the UAE

Employment Details:

• Full-time
• 24-month renewable contract
• Competitive basic salary + attractive commission structure
