Events Executive Internship (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Management

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing all member events, workshops, and networking sessions.
  • Coordinate with venues, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage event registrations, guest lists, and on-site coordination.
  • Collect event feedback to improve future experiences.

2. Member Engagement

  • Act as a primary point of contact for members for queries and support.
  • Onboard new members and guide them on membership benefits and event participation.
  • Regularly communicate with members via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls to boost engagement.
  • Build relationships with members to encourage renewals and referrals.

3. Sales Support

  • Assist Event Manager with lead follow-ups for entry-tier memberships
  • Track leads and conversions in CRM.
  • Identify upsell opportunities for higher membership tiers and pass them to the Event Manager.

4. Administrative & Reporting

  • Maintain member database and update records accurately.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on membership growth, event attendance, and engagement.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  • Event Execution: 100% of events delivered on time and within budget.
  • Engagement: Increase in member participation rate (per month).
  • Membership Support: Lead follow-up and conversion
  • Renewals: Contribution to retention rate

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and event management platforms.
  • Passion for networking and community building.
  • Ability to work flexible hours during events.
