Key Responsibilities
1. Event Management
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing all member events, workshops, and networking sessions.
- Coordinate with venues, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage event registrations, guest lists, and on-site coordination.
- Collect event feedback to improve future experiences.
2. Member Engagement
- Act as a primary point of contact for members for queries and support.
- Onboard new members and guide them on membership benefits and event participation.
- Regularly communicate with members via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls to boost engagement.
- Build relationships with members to encourage renewals and referrals.
3. Sales Support
- Assist Event Manager with lead follow-ups for entry-tier memberships
- Track leads and conversions in CRM.
- Identify upsell opportunities for higher membership tiers and pass them to the Event Manager.
4. Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain member database and update records accurately.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on membership growth, event attendance, and engagement.
