• Support the team with on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish
• Help prepare event materials such as signage, programs, and promotional items
• Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and participants to confirm details and facilitate communication
• Contribute to post-event wrap-up activities including feedback collection and reporting
• Maintain organized records of event documentation, schedules, and vendor contacts
• Support social media promotion and live coverage during events to maximize engagement

Experience

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to event management, hospitality, marketing, or a similar field
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to multitask effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Prior experience with event planning or coordination is a plus but not required
