Job Description
- Lead the strategic development and long-term vision for FTV's entire portfolio of event intellectual properties (IPs) .
- Drive the conceptualization of new, commercially viable event properties and experiences .
- Oversee the high-level curation of anchor participants, including top-tier designers and celebrity influencers, to maximize prestige .
- Define the master event narratives, themes, and creative direction for all IPs .
- Direct the collaboration between internal teams to ensure flawless production and marketing execution .
- Serve as the ultimate guardian of FTV?s brand image across all event IPs .
- Forge and manage strategic partnerships and media tie-ups to amplify reach and profitability .
- Analyze market data and cultural trends to ensure the IP portfolio remains innovative and industry-leading .
