About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and experienced BTL Marketing & Event Production Specialist to join our team at Hammer Strategic Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing BTL campaigns and events across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai. You must possess a strong network of vendors and be capable of independently managing on-ground activations and event logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planned and executed BTL campaigns and on-ground events (activations, mall promotions, society engagements, RWA activities, roadshows, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to deliver seamless execution.
• Build, manage, and maintain a strong PAN India vendor network to support rapid deployments.
• Ensure timely production and installation of event setups (branding materials, kiosks, stalls, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance on-ground and provide detailed post-event reports and feedback.
• Manage budgets efficiently and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, safety, and quality standards at all times.
• Travel to various locations for event supervision when required.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of proven field experience in BTL marketing and event execution.
• Strong understanding of BTL strategy, branding, and activation workflows.
• Excellent vendor management skills with a ready network across India.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, tight timelines, and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel and manage events on-site when necessary.
• Immediate availability preferred.
