Hotel Expo Nigeria (Oman Br.) is seeking an organized and creative Events Office Manager to oversee event coordination and office operations. This role is ideal for a professional with strong administrative skills, event planning experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
The Events Office Manager will support the planning and execution of events while ensuring smooth office administration and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate event planning, scheduling, and administrative activities.
- Manage event documentation, communications, and operational logistics.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding event requirements.
- Support budgeting, procurement, and event resource coordination.
- Maintain office records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and administrative efficiency.
- Monitor timelines and ensure successful event execution.
- Handle inquiries and support client relationship management.
- Assist with process improvements and operational planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in event coordination, office management, or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event coordination tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
