Events & Partnerships Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

SAC Educational Services (SAC) is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven Events & Partnerships Marketing Coordinator to own all webinar operations and partnership execution.

The marketing coordinator's primary responsibility is to represent SAC while formulating relationships with educational institutions, pre-med groups, and potential customers. By leading with value and professionalism, the marketing coordinator will develop high-quality personal relationships and expand the reach and influence of SAC.

This role will report to the Director of Marketing and serve as the operational owner of all webinar programming (national and partnership-based) and all active campus and national partnerships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple timelines, and ensure that all deliverables are executed seamlessly and on time.

This role ensures that all webinars run professionally and that all partnership commitments are fulfilled with precision and accountability.

Note: This role requires occasional travel (a few times per year) to support in-person initiatives as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Webinar & Event Management (National + Partnership Webinars)

  • Own end-to-end execution of all webinars
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing to build and maintain a seasonally aligned webinar calendar
  • Create and manage Zoom logistics (links, registration pages, reminders, recordings)
  • Schedule and coordinate webinar hosts (internal advisors and external partners)
  • Distribute finalized decks and materials to hosts in advance
  • Join all webinars to manage technical execution and monitor live chat
  • Ensure smooth handoff of recordings and post-event assets
  • Track webinar attendance, engagement, and performance metrics

CRM & Promotional Coordination

  • Partner with the CRM Marketing Manager to execute webinar and event invitation campaigns
  • Ensure email invitations, reminders, and follow-ups are scheduled on time
  • Provide necessary assets and deadlines to CRM team
  • Confirm registration tracking and reporting flows are functioning properly

Partnership Management (National + Campus + B2B)

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for all partnerships
  • Manage partnership contract deliverables and timelines
  • Ensure all agreed-upon marketing assets are created and delivered
  • Coordinate internal teams (design, content, CRM) to fulfill partner commitments
  • Track performance and engagement metrics for partnership initiatives
  • Maintain an organized tracker of partnership obligations and renewal timelines
  • Proactively flag risks, missed deliverables, or upcoming deadlines

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Director of Marketing
  • CRM Marketing Manager
  • Graphic Designer
  • Content Lead
  • Ensure all assets required for webinars and partnerships are requested and delivered on time
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes and timelines
  • Operate independently while keeping stakeholders informed of progress and risks

Performance & Reporting

  • Track and report monthly on:
  • Webinar registrations and attendance
  • Lead generation from events
  • Partnership-driven leads and engagement
  • Provide insight into which partnerships and event topics are driving the strongest performance
  • Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and impact

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, events, partnerships, or program management
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience managing webinars or virtual events (Zoom or similar platforms)
  • Experience with HubSpot is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and proactively drive projects forward
  • Effective written communication and public speaking skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (a few times per year) as needed
  • Experience in the field of education or related field with a focus on relationship-building (higher education is a plus)

Salary and Benefits:

  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week
  • Company-sponsored health, dental, life, ltd, and vision insurance; 401k and paid PTO
  • Salary range $60,000 - $65,000
  • Internet/Phone Stipend
  • Travel expenses paid, including meals and accommodations (if traveling on business)
  • Position is considered “non-exempt” under state and federal law pertaining to overtime, meal, and rest periods.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
