Role Overview

The Events Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of events from concept to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple events simultaneously.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
• Develop event strategies aligned with company objectives and client goals.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources across the event portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive innovation by integrating new technologies and creative concepts into events.
• Mentor and guide event staff to achieve excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in event management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale corporate and cultural events.
• Strong knowledge of event logistics, production, and marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to QAR24,500.00 per month
