FAMI is a unique lifestyle platform where art, design, and gastronomy converge under one roof. As Istanbul’s first premium art & design café concept on the Asian side, FAMI offers immersive dining, curated exhibitions, artist talks, and signature events – all combined with flawless hospitality inspired by the Butler school of service.

We are looking for an Events & Sales Manager who will drive our event programs and sales growth, turning FAMI into a cultural and gastronomic destination.

What You Will Do

• Lead the design and execution of FAMI’s annual program: exhibitions, immersive dining nights, workshops, artist talks, corporate launches.
• Manage ticketed events (sales strategy, VIP previews, reservations) and corporate bookings (coffee breaks, product launches, full venue rentals).
• Build brand partnerships & sponsorships for product launches, limited editions, and cross-marketing activations.
• Oversee retail performance (coffee, chocolate, design objects, merch) and develop sales strategies.
• Work closely with PR/Marketing to amplify FAMI’s voice through influencers, press, digital content, and streaming activations.
• Track performance: revenue, costs, OPEX, and EBITDA across all event and sales channels.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in event management, sales, or hospitality/lifestyle brands (premium segment preferred).
• Strong B2B and partnership development skills (corporate clients, brands, sponsors).
• Passion for art, design, and gastronomy , with cultural network and trend awareness.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (a second language is a plus).
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
