Event Sales Executive (Commission-Based) – Qatar

About the Role:

CLSTR is looking for a motivated and results-driven Event Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong connections in the events, entertainment, and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and secure new clients for events, activations, exhibitions, and related services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Represent the company professionally at meetings and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Located in Qatar (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in events, entertainment, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently on a commission-based model.

Compensation:

  • Commission-based only (high-earning potential for strong performers).
