Job Summary:

This is an on-call role, perfect for those who want flexibility and the chance to work only when the spotlight’s on and the celebrations are happening! From weddings and galas to private parties, you’ll help create unforgettable experiences for every guest. Key Responsibilities

• Guest Services: Greet guests with a smile, answer questions, and make sure everyone feels welcome.
• Event Setup & Breakdown: Help transform our spaces — set up décor, furniture, and equipment, then pack it all away once the party’s over.
• Crowd Control: Keep the vibes fun and safe by helping monitor guest flow.
• Registration & Check-In: Get guests in the door smoothly and distribute tickets or materials.
• Food & Beverage Service: Deliver meals and drinks quickly, while keeping the event space clean and inviting.
• Bartending (ABLE Certification Required): Shake, pour, and serve responsibly while keeping the energy high.
• Logistics Support: Move supplies, signage, and equipment wherever needed.
• Event Coordination Assistance: Back up our event planners to keep everything running without a hitch.
• Cleanliness: Keep things tidy and well-stocked so the party never stops.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (experience in events, customer service, or bartending a big plus).
• Valid ABLE certification required for bartenders.
• Outgoing personality with great communication and people skills.
• Team player who can juggle multiple tasks at once.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays — when the fun happens!).
• Able to lift, move, and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Friendly, approachable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working at events, conferences, or large gatherings.
• Basic knowledge of event management tools/software.
• First Aid or CPR certification (bonus points!).

• Be ready to stand, bend, stoop, and lift throughout your shift.
