  • Build strong relationships with media, SME communities, industry bodies, and government partners.
  • Develop event content, talking points, and narratives that highlight SME impact, financing success, and investor confidence.
  • Coordinate with other company teams to ensure accurate and aligned messaging for both external and internal events.
  • Track event performance, lead quality, employee engagement, and media coverage, delivering post-event and PR impact reports.
  • Ensure all event, PR, and internal communication activities follow SAMA, brand, and compliance requirements.
  • Support lead generation by driving SME engagement at external events and ensuring strong handover to sales teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Events, PR, or Communications
  • Strong project-management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience working with agencies, suppliers, and media partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical understanding of event production, booth materials, fabrication, branding assets, and print specifications (foam boards, backdrops, acrylics, LED panels, roll-ups, etc.).
  • Ability to evaluate supplier proposals, materials quality, and ensure alignment with brand and compliance standards.
  • Protocol knowledge (government, VIP, and delegation handling) is a plus.
