EVP / Chief Technology Officer

Seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking EVP/CTO to lead enterprise-wide technology strategy and execution. This executive will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO, and will be responsible for aligning technology vision with organizational priorities, operational excellence, and long-term growth

Position Overview :

The EVP/CTO will provide strategic oversight across all technology functions, ensuring secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure while enabling innovation across the enterprise. This role requires a well-rounded technology leader with deep experience spanning multiple IT disciplines and the ability to lead through influence, partnership, and executive credibility

An IT Director will report directly to this position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute the organization’s enterprise technology strategy in alignment with executive leadership and board priorities
• Oversee all IT verticals, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
• Provide executive oversight of cybersecurity, industrial control systems (ICS), land-mobile radio environments, and integrated security systems
• Ensure technology operations meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and regulatory compliance
• Partner cross-functionally to support operational efficiency, innovation, and scalable growth
• Foster a culture grounded in integrity, discretion, and confidentiality

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including senior executive roles within complex, enterprise-scale environments
• Demonstrated success leading broad-scope technology organizations with operational and strategic complexity
• Well-rounded expertise across core IT functions, with strong working knowledge of cybersecurity, ICS environments, land-mobile radio systems, and security system integration
• Proven ability to lead through influence, collaboration, and executive partnership
• Unquestioned integrity and the ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion
