EVS Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and student-centric EVS Teacher to deliver high-quality education in Environmental Studies in alignment with the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will create engaging lessons that foster curiosity, environmental awareness, and holistic development while maintaining a positive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive EVS lessons as per the CBSE syllabus.
• Use activity-based, experiential, and inquiry-based learning methods to make environmental concepts relatable and meaningful.
• Develop lesson plans, worksheets, projects, and assessment tools.
• Encourage students’ understanding of nature, sustainability, health, safety, and community.
• Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, discussions, and project work.
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student performance and classroom activities.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) — preferred for CBSE teacher roles
• Strong understanding of CBSE EVS curriculum
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
