(Ex-Serviceman) Staff Supervisor

Age: 35 - 45!

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

• Team Management: Supervising security guards, scheduling shifts, managing rosters, and ensuring proper turnover.
• Security Operations: Monitoring site access control, conducting surveillance, and protecting premises/assets.
• Discipline & Training: Maintaining strict discipline, turnout, and conducting training/briefings on SOPs.
• Reporting & Compliance: Maintaining attendance, incident reporting, and ensuring compliance with fire safety and security regulations.
• Liaison: Acting as the point of contact between security staff, client stakeholders, and local law enforcement.

Key Requirements:

• Retired from the Army, Navy, or Air Force (typically JCO or equivalent rank).
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Physically fit and capable of managing security operations.
• Proficiency in local language and basic English.

Typical Work Settings:

• Corporate security offices, manufacturing plants, logistics hubs, or residential complexes.
• Private security firms, construction sites, or public sector enterprises.

Pay: Up to ₹21,000.00 per month
