Exam Room Assistant

Small animal and exotic practicing is growing their staff. We are seeking experienced Exam Room Assistant to join our team. Our assistants are responsible for:

- Patient/customer service to provide an extraordinary experience at our hospital

- Assist doctors in exam rooms

- Communicate and educate clients on preventative care

- Be the liaison between client and doctor

- Properly record medical information, client communication and invoice in the hospital software

-Know support and follow OSHA standards

This is a partial list of responsibilities that our assistants do on a daily basis. Job duties will be discussed in the interview

We offer 4 ten hour shifts and do our best to have each team member have a set schedule. This shift is FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND MONDAY. Even though our clinic is very busy, we offer a friendly- family environment. This job also requires experience working in an animal hospital, perferably in treatment. Applications without experience will not be considered.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
