About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Exam Services Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting dental and dental hygiene students throughout their exam registration and enrollment process. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while providing exceptional customer service to students and school representatives across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our custom-built Candidate Registration & Management System to facilitate exam registration and enrollment processes.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to a high volume of calls and emails, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with dental and dental hygiene schools nationwide to ensure seamless administration of exams.
  • Work cross-functionally with our internal teams to enhance the overall exam experience for students and schools.
  • Able to self-manage multiple exam events by prioritizing complex tasks through various stages of completion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a dental office, client management, customer service, or event planning.
  • Proficient in MS Office software and comfortable navigating technology and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Skilled in virtual meeting facilitation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.50 - $25.00 per hour
