Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Excavation Laborer to join our crew. The Excavation Laborer will play a crucial role in our construction projects by assisting with excavation tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the site.

Responsibilities:

· Perform manual labor tasks related to excavation, including digging, trenching, and grading.

· Operate and maintain excavation equipment such as backhoes, excavators, and bulldozers under the supervision of experienced operators.

· Assist in the setup and teardown of excavation sites, including the installation and removal of safety barriers, signage, and protective measures.

· Collaborate with other team members, including supervisors, equipment operators, and fellow laborers, to complete projects efficiently and according to schedule.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization at the job site, including proper disposal of waste materials and debris.

· Adhere to project specifications and quality standards to deliver high-quality results that meet or exceed expectations.

· Follow safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in construction or excavation work is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for motivated candidates.

· Ability to perform physical tasks requiring strength, stamina, and manual dexterity in various weather conditions and environments.

· Basic understanding of excavation equipment and tools, with a willingness to lean and improve your skills on the job.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

· Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and schedules.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
