Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Excavator & Shovel Operator with at least 3 years of experience in the construction and contracting industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support various site operations.

ey Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, shovels, and related heavy equipment for earthmoving and construction work.
• Perform digging, trenching, grading, and loading activities as per project requirements.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine checks to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow safety standards, company policies, and site procedures at all times.
• Assist with minor equipment repairs and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and support general site duties when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience operating excavators and shovels.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery with precision and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Employment Benefits
