Company Overview:
We are a growing business looking for an Excel and CRM expert who can design, develop, and optimize spreadsheets, dashboards, planners, and potentially lightweight CRMs. The role involves working with internal teams to create efficient tools for task management, reporting, and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced Excel sheets, planners, trackers, and dashboards.
- Build and maintain CRM-style spreadsheets or integrate with existing CRMs.
- Use Excel formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and macros/VBA.
- Automate repetitive processes to improve productivity.
- Collaborate with management to understand requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Train team members on using developed tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, macros, automation).
- Strong background in working with different CRMs (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) or creating lightweight custom solutions.
- Ability to design professional planners, task trackers, and reporting sheets.
- Knowledge of integrations (Excel with Google Sheets, CRMs, or APIs) is a plus.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Based in Karachi.
Preferred:
- Experience with project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Asana).
- Exposure to business processes (sales, operations, customer service).
Salary/Compensation: Competitive – based on experience.
