Excel Macro Developer

Job Summary

LeverageAxiom Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Excel Macro Developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Excel VBA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery — from understanding business requirements to post-deployment support.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from clients or internal teams.
• Prepare effort estimates and define project scope.
• Design and document Excel VBA-based automation solutions.
• Develop, test, and deploy Excel macros to automate business processes.
• Integrate Excel solutions with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, SharePoint, and Power Automate (if required).
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing automations.
• Ensure best practices in coding, documentation, and solution design.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Excel VBA/Macro development.
• Strong knowledge of Excel formulas, data manipulation, and VBA scripting.
• Proven ability in requirement gathering, solution design, and effort estimation.
• Good understanding of automation concepts and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, or SharePoint is an added advantage.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
