About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Excel for Business Analytics with Statistical Concepts Trainer who can deliver engaging and practical training sessions. The trainer will be responsible for equipping learners with essential Excel skills, analytical thinking, and statistical concepts applied in business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions on:
• Advanced Excel functions for data analysis
• Data visualization and reporting
• Business Analytics concepts using Excel
• Statistical methods applied in business problem-solving
• Provide hands-on case studies, exercises, and projects to strengthen learning outcomes.
• Assess learners’ progress through assignments, quizzes, and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with academic/corporate teams to align training with industry needs.
• Support learners in applying Excel and statistics to real-world business scenarios.

• PivotTables & PivotCharts
• What-if analysis, Scenario Manager, Solver
• Functions: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMPRODUCT, TEXT, DATE, etc.
• Dashboards & visualization techniques
• Statistical Concepts in Business
• Descriptive statistics (mean, median, mode, variance, standard deviation)
• Probability distributions
• Hypothesis testing & confidence intervals
• Correlation and regression analysis
• Forecasting and trend analysis

• Market analysis using Excel

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Proven experience in training/teaching Excel and statistical analysis.
• Strong command of MS Excel (advanced level) and statistical methods.
• Familiarity with business analytics case studies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners at different levels.

Preferred

• Certification in Excel, Business Analytics, or Statistics.
• Experience in corporate training or working with educational institutions.
• Knowledge of additional analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Python/R) is a plus.

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 10 days

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
