We re excited to share a permanent General Dentist opportunity in Rome, GA with an established practice that was recently acquired in March. This is a great chance to step into a supportive environment, grow a patient base, and make an immediate impact.

Practice & Role Details:

• Location: Rome, GA

• Reason for Need: Newly acquired practice seeking a permanent Dentist (locum-to-perm considered)

• Start Date: ASAP

• Staffing Support: 2 Dental Assistants, 1 Hygienist

• Operatories: 4 total (2 Dentist, 2 Hygienist)

• Schedule: Mon Thurs 8am 5pm, Fri 8am 2pm

• Patients per Day:

• Procedures: General, bread-and-butter dentistry

• Patient Age Range: 20+ years old

• Technology: Open Dental & Dentrix

• Payor Mix: Medicare, private insurance, cash (no HMO)

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed General Dentist in Georgia

• A true team player with strong communication skills

• Willing to build up a patient base

• Provides constructive feedback and collaborates with staff for ongoing growth
