execcutive secretary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to executives and senior leadership
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain organized filing systems
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Screen and direct phone calls and emails professionally
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Assist in special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Familiarity with business correspondence and report writing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
