Execution Department Officer (UAE Experience Required)

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our Execution Department. The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience within the United Arab Emirates and possess comprehensive knowledge of UAE execution laws and court procedures.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of proven experience in the Execution Department within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws, court procedures, and execution regulations.
• Experience dealing with UAE court systems and government portals.
• Ability to manage and follow up on execution cases efficiently and accurately.
• Strong communication and formal drafting skills.
• Previous direct experience liaising with courts and relevant authorities is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and follow up on all execution procedures before courts and relevant authorities.
• Prepare and submit execution applications and follow-up memorandums.
• Coordinate with lawyers and concerned parties.
• Monitor attachments, notifications, enforcement actions, and case closure processes.
