Overview:
The Execution Planning Engineer III supports safe and efficient project delivery by driving alignment across cost, schedule, regulatory, and execution planning activities. This role plays a key part in eliminating Life Altering Hurts (LAH), stewarding OIMS and EMCAPS systems, and ensuring project development efforts are fully aligned with Delaware Project standards and milestones.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate Personnel Safety Management System (PSMS) principles throughout project execution.

Provide structured support for project cost, schedule deliverables, and Building Block processes.

Support early-stage project deliverables (permitting, cost, schedule) with POS alignment.

Monitor and track pre-G3 integrated project schedule change proposals, coordinating resolution between stakeholders.

Track execution deliverables through completion.

Lead stewardship of OIMS and EMCAPS systems; support continuous improvement.

Participate in permit status, IOPS, IWT, pre-DUR, and ALT alignment meetings.

Support Execution Engineers, PCM, and LS2Spud work processes.

Represent Delaware Projects in development efforts by identifying issues early, coordinating field verification, and escalating concerns as needed.

Lead or contribute to gate reviews, design & execution plan reviews, change management, project scope development, procurement, execution strategies, and stakeholder interfaces.

Participate in construction site field walks and submit safety observations.
Qualifications:
- 10-15 yrs. of Oil and Gas Execution Planning Engineer experience required.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required.

Strong communication and collaboration skills across regulatory, land, air, and technical personnel.

Ability to mentor and support Execution Engineers.

Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Previous experience in project execution and planning (e.g., Project Engineer, Construction Engineer, Project Controls Engineer, Execution Engineer).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
