Job Description

To increase the company’s revenue through effective order management, timely execution, strong inter-department coordination, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
  • Order Execution
    • Ensure end-to-end processing of customer orders within defined timelines.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth order flow and fulfillment.
  • Customer Communication
    • Provide timely responses to customer queries.
    • Maintain healthy customer relationships through proactive communication and updates.
  • Inter-department Coordination
    • Work closely with logistics, sales, warehouse, and finance teams for order completion.
    • Resolve any process bottlenecks to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • POP & Stock Hygiene
    • Maintain POP hygiene as per company guidelines.
    • Ensure accuracy and hygiene in stock reporting and management.
  • Order Hygiene & Payment Follow-ups
    • Ensure accurate order entries and documentation.
    • Follow up for outstanding payments in coordination with the finance team.

Education & Experience
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or related operations roles
