  • Coordinate student admission support including enquiry management and onboarding.
  • Assist recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and candidate communication.
  • Respond to walk-ins, calls, emails, and digital enquiries professionally.
  • Work closely with academic, HR, and operations teams for smooth coordination.
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and basic reporting.
  • Support daily coordination and administrative activities of the office.
