Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tucson, AZ, for an Executive Accounting Assistant. Responsibilities include assisting a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to provide direct support to the Controller and CFO. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can handle confidential financial information, assist with core accounting functions, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance department.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting or finance support experience
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software and QuickBooks
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
