We are looking for an Accounts Officer to manage project documentation and data entry for our cotton project. The role involves maintaining accurate records, updating databases, verifying Invoices and supporting documents, compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update all the accounts related records and report to the concerns on daily basis
  • Assist in booking Farmer Procurement entries at the project location in Tally after checking
  • Ensuring proper filling of the Invoices and vouchers along with supporting documents after complete verification of supporting documents.
  • Timely reconciliation with Booking VS Payment done & Ledger, Farmer vendor creation.
  • Assist Project Manager & Local Accounts Executive in supplementing relations with GST assignments & Baking assignments.

Requirements:

  • B. Com with Experience of Tally Software booking, good computer & MS Excel skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Prior experience in accounting preferred
