Job Title: Back Office Accounts Executive

Location: Vadodara – Makarpura

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:
We are looking for a Back Office Accounts Executive to handle basic accounting work and follow-ups for payments. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with customers for outstanding payments
  • Maintain records of invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Assist in basic accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses)
  • Update accounts data in Tally/Excel or similar software
  • Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for payment status
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing
  • Support day-to-day back office accounting tasks

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of accounts
  • Experience or ability to do payment follow-ups
  • Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualification:

  • B.Com or equivalent (preferred)
  • Freshers with basic accounting knowledge can also apply

Experience:

  • 0–2 years (preferred, but not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
