MRK FOODS Pvt. Ltd. is a leading food manufacturing company committed to delivering quality products to our customers. We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bills Receivable Executive to support our financial operations.

Job Overview:

Account Executive will be responsible for :-

• (These are the pointers that the candidate should have handled and possess the knowledge ) :

1. Bank Reconciliation.
2. GST & TDS.
3. Maintain Accounts Receivable records to ensure Debtors aging up to date.
4. Ledger Reconciliation of Customers.
5. Generate updates Debtors Ageing Report on Daily Basis on Daily basis on SAP.
6. Maintain Accounts Receivable records to ensure Debtors aging up to date.
7. Co-ordinate with Branch & Debtors for Requirements.
8. Follow ups for Payment advise by visiting the customer , on Email & on calls.
9. Full knowledge of Accounts.

10 . Advance Excel - Pivot Table , V Look Up , H Look Up

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software .
