We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Officer to join our team. If you are dependable, efficient, and eager to contribute to a growing company, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

This role involves managing day-to-day accounting tasks, processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting payroll activities. In addition, the position includes key administrative responsibilities and HR functions such as maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, coordinating onboarding, and supporting general HR documentation and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be an immediate joiner who is organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho) and MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Experience in administrative tasks and office management
  • Basic understanding of HR processes, documentation, and recruitment
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
