Executive - Admin & Accounts:
A Dynamic Operations & Accounts Executive rolled into one confident and capable leader. Ideal candidates will have a can-do attitude, passion for excellence, cool and calm composure and will be able to get up to speed quickly.
Accounts & Finance Responsibilities
- Handling Complete Operations, Admin, Accounts and Billing which includes
- Billing/Payments/Admin/Renewal Reminders/Filing/Support.
- Handling Complete Taxation, TDS, Profession Tax, GST Filing & Payments.
- Provide complete support & account management.
- Full Knowledge of Accounting & Taxation.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books accounting software will be an added advantage.
Admin & Operations Responsibilities
- Attendance, Leave Management for payroll processing & coordinating with HR.
- Ability to respond to customers etc in English via the Think Support Ticket system, Email and Phone.
- Ability to handle Support Requests from Clients by Phone and Email.
