Executive Administrative Assistant

Serve as the primary point of coordination between upper management and employees across all business units. This position ensures that the upper management’s vision, expectations, and directives are effectively communicated and executed while providing employees with support, clarity, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the liaison between upper management and staff across multi-business units.
  • Translate the upper management goals and expectations into actionable plans for management and employees.
  • Monitor follow-through on tasks, projects, and commitments to ensure completion.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with managers and team members regarding initiatives and operational priorities.
  • Provide upper management with updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Help prioritize initiatives and keep teams focused on the most important objectives.
  • Address issues early and facilitate communication between departments.
  • Balance day-to-day operational needs with upper management focus on long-term business growth and strategy.
  • Help manage the flow of information to prevent unnecessary interruptions while ensuring upper management remains informed.
  • Support consistency, accountability, and execution across all locations.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
