We’re looking for a reliable, experienced and highly organized assistant to provide administrative help across our various businesses that include automotive repair shops, a healthcare private practice, online retail store, and a real estate investment business. Someone who can really do it all!
Responsibilities will mainly be scheduling client appointments, answering phones, follow-up calls to customers, light bookkeeping, organizing travel, managing and responding to emails, ordering supplies, light event planning, and helping the healthcare team stay organized. Schedule will be 9am-3pm every day: about 2-3 hours per day of remote work and 2-4 hours per day in person in Walnut Creek.
