Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team! This position is the company's "1st point of contact" for our Clients as they Book appointments for our Premium training services. The ideal candidate must have a history of demonstrated Professional Client Care communication skills, Courteous Phone etiquette skills, accurately manage multiple appointment calendars, and invoice/payment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Clients to schedule appointments using our online Booking System.
- Maintain accurate calendar of appointments and Client information.
- Answer phone calls, email and text messages with high-level of professionalism.
- Accurately issue and ensure on-time payments for all service invoices.
- Perform clerical duties accurately, including document filing, managing appointment & Payment tracking reports, and other projects as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Scheduling & keeping multiple appointment calendars.
- Professional oral & written communication skills & phone etiquette is a must.
- iPhone experience is a must.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel required and crafting clear & concise emails.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills, including "courteous" problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Social Media posting is a plus.
