Executive Administrative Assistant

We operate several small businesses, including pizza restaurants, a few rental properties, and a trucking business. I’m seeking a part-time admin support to provide both personal and business support, helping with day-to-day organization, communication, and follow-through. The majority of the work can be done remotely, though there will be occasional local tasks. This is a part time role. This person must be extremely organized and reliable, and have previous business knowledge or experience.

Responsibilities include:

- Overlooking and assigning tasks to two admin helpers

- Bidding and scheduling contractors

- Managing personal & business email inboxes, including drafting responses and flagging priorities

- Handle company phone calls with vendors and service providers

- Coordinating scheduling, follow-ups, and loose ends

- Managing paperwork

- Local errands

- Assisting with various personal and business administrative/operational tasks

The ideal candidate...

- Has prior experience as an law clerk, executive assistant, office manager, business manager, or adjacent

- Strong organizational skills to manage projects and deadlines

- Diligent with follow-ups to ensure vendors and partners meet timelines

- Is comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information

- Has good judgment and knows when to ask before acting

- Proficient with Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat Pro

- Available via phone and email with reasonable response times

Part-time, approximately 10-20 hours per week, hours will grow over time

Pay depends on experience

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
