Job Overview
New Jerusalem Worship Center is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team. This full-time remote role is crucial to the smooth operation of our organisation and the successful delivery of our vision. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25.00 - $38.00 USD.

The Executive Administrative Assistant will play a vital part in enabling our leadership to focus on achieving this vision by providing outstanding administrative and operational support.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
* Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations, and take accurate minutes when required.
* Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, acting as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for leadership and visiting guests.
* Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
* Assist in the planning and execution of organizational events, conferences, and special projects.
* Maintain organized filing and database systems, ensuring information is current and easily accessible.
* Liaise effectively with internal staff, congregation members, and external partners on behalf of the executive team.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role.
* Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a professional and courteous demeanor.
* Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other standard office software.
* The ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the leadership team.
* A high degree of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Experience working within a non-profit or faith-based organization is desirable but not essential.
