What You’ll Be Doing

This role combines traditional executive assistant responsibilities with operations coordination and customer support.

Your responsibilities may include:

Operational Coordination

  • Assisting with installation scheduling
  • Helping process customer orders
  • Coordinating internal workflows
  • Managing calendars and appointments
  • Scheduling meetings and follow-ups
  • Assisting leadership with day-to-day operational needs

Customer Experience

  • Assisting showroom customers
  • Communicating with homeowners professionally
  • Helping ensure projects move smoothly
  • Supporting a premium customer experience

Logistics & Organization

  • Assisting with fleet vehicle coordination
  • Tracking operational details and timelines
  • Helping maintain organization across multiple moving parts
  • Supporting communication between departments

Executive Support

  • Helping leadership stay organized and efficient
  • Managing priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Handling sensitive information professionally
  • Anticipating needs before problems arise
