- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional, positive working relationships with external vendors and partners through effective communication, coordination, and consistent administrative follow-through.
- Extensive experience providing advanced administrative support for complex departmental budgets, including expenditure tracking, reconciliations, financial report preparation, and collaboration with Finance and Procurement offices.
- Strong aptitude to quickly learn and effectively utilize enterprise systems that support student registration, enrollment, lotteries, transfers, and records management; ability to assist staff and maintain accuracy during high-volume operational periods.
- Proven ability to independently manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and appropriately triage operational and sensitive issues in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated success coordinating work across schools and central offices, maintaining accurate records, and supporting division-wide registration and enrollment processes with a high level of attention to detail.
