Executive Administrative Assistant

MAHC is seeking a highly organized and trusted Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO and executive leadership team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles sensitive information with discretion.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and communications
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and board materials
  • Coordinate board and leadership meetings, including agendas and minutes
  • Oversee executive expense management and financial tracking (QuickBooks)
  • Perform daily reconciliations and monthly financial summaries
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support executive projects and company events as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of executive or senior administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
