Executive Administrative Assistant
MAHC is seeking a highly organized and trusted Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO and executive leadership team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles sensitive information with discretion.

Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and communications

Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and board materials

Coordinate board and leadership meetings, including agendas and minutes

Oversee executive expense management and financial tracking (QuickBooks)

Perform daily reconciliations and monthly financial summaries

Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Support executive projects and company events as needed

3–5 years of executive or senior administrative support experience

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

High attention to detail and confidentiality

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools

QuickBooks experience preferred
