We are looking for an Administrative/Executive Assistant who can help us stay organized and support smooth day-to-day operations behind the scenes.
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant—ideally someone with experience in the restaurant industry—who can take initiative, solve problems to completion, ensure smooth operations, and most importantly get stuff done. This role is essential to the back-end functioning of the business, supporting communication, operations, people management, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and day-to-day scheduling for leadership
- Sort, track, and reply to emails, customer inquiries, and online reviews
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including paperwork, training materials, and coordination
- Monitor performance of managers and staff using internal notes, checklist completion, and task follow-through
- Improve and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and help streamline general operations
- Support data entry, payroll tracking, and reporting
- Maintain and organize company records, digital files, and HR documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and order office supplies as needed
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up communications
- Uphold confidentiality with sensitive business and employee information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or service industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Demonstrated ability to complete tasks independently, efficiently, and thoroughly
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt and problem-solve in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Google Workspace. Having strength with Excel/Sheets is a huge plus!
- Familiarity with customer service and HR-related administrative support
