The Executive – Advertising & Media will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across digital and traditional media platforms to generate leads, brand awareness, and business growth for Sprint6 Smart Restroom Solutions.

1. Digital Advertising (Primary Responsibility)
a) Social Media Ads (Meta Platforms)
- Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
- Lead generation campaigns for:
- Smart Restrooms
- Public Toilets
- Corporate & Government projects
- Audience targeting, creatives testing, budget optimization
- Track CPL, CTR, ROI and improve performance
b) Google Ads
- Manage Search Ads, Display Ads & YouTube Ads
- Keyword research for sanitation, infrastructure & restroom solutions
- Conversion tracking, remarketing & lead forms
- Optimize Quality Score & reduce cost per lead
c) LinkedIn Ads
- Run B2B & Government-focused campaigns
- Target:
- Corporates
- Builders & Developers
- Facility Managers
- Government Officials & Decision Makers
- Sponsored posts, lead-gen forms & brand awareness ads

2. Traditional & Offline Advertising
Newspaper Advertising
- Coordinate newspaper ads (local & regional)
- Finalize:
- Ad size
- Placement
- Publication dates
- Coordinate with designers & media agencies
- Track inquiries generated from print media
Outdoor & Media (Optional / Project-based)
- Hoardings, banners, bus shelters (if required)
- Event-based promotions & public awareness campaigns

- Prepare monthly & quarterly ad budgets
- Allocate budget across:
- Google
- Meta

- Print Media
- Ensure cost-effective campaigns with maximum ROI
- Vendor & agency coordination (if applicable)

- Daily monitoring of ad performance
- Weekly & monthly reports on:

- Suggest improvements based on data & insights
