Executive Advisor & Commercial Director (Industrial AI)

The industrial backbone of the world — supply chains, energy systems, heavy assets — remained under-optimized and under-digitized.

Our team blends leading academic researchers (Harvard, MIT, UT Austin) with industry leaders from Quantco, ABB, Siemens, Baker Hughes, and Maersk . Together, we’re finally delivering on those old promises with today’s breakthroughs: physics-informed ML, reinforcement learning, graph AI, and explainable, workflow-driven systems.

We’re now seeking a Senior Director of Sales, Engagement & Advisory — ideally based in UAE or Saudi Arabia — to scale this mission: opening boardroom doors, shaping industry-defining partnerships, and advising executives on how to translate frontier AI into enterprise transformation.


ROLE

You will own the growth and advisory engine for our Industrial AI practice:

  • Lead executive-level and advisory engagements with Fortune 1000s in supply chain, energy, logistics, and manufacturing .
  • Position us as the partner that finally delivers on digital twin, predictive maintenance, and connected ops promises — not with theory, but with deployed systems.
  • Shape opportunities around frontier AI architectures (multi-agent RL, Graph Neural Networks, Physics-Informed ML, Generative AI).
  • Expand client base via direct enterprise relationships, alliances, and multi-year transformation programs .
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure clear, measurable ROI from pilot to full-scale rollout.

WHAT YOU BRING

Industry & Network

  • 12+ years in enterprise sales, client engagement, executive advisory, or strategy leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in a multinational technical consulting or engineering services firm (e.g., Accenture Industry X, McKinsey Digital, Palantir, ABB, Siemens, Jacobs, Fluor, etc.).
  • Deep networks across supply chain, energy, manufacturing, logistics, or industrials .
  • Experience closing $10M+ deals or leading global transformation accounts.

Sales & Advisory Excellence

  • Proven ability to win C-suite trust , shape executive advisory agendas, and grow strategic accounts.
  • Fluent at translating technical depth into boardroom outcomes (savings, resilience, sustainability).
  • Skilled at advisory workshops, strategy sessions, RFP navigation, and multi-stakeholder orchestration .

AI & Transformation Fluency

  • Familiarity with enterprise AI deployments (PdM, IoT, supply chain forecasting, logistics automation).
  • Comfortable working alongside deep technical teams and researchers to shape solutions.
  • Exposure to Palantir Foundry, C3.ai, or equivalent industrial AI platforms a plus.

Leadership & Growth

  • Entrepreneurial mindset to build a world-class sales, engagement, and advisory practice .
  • Global presence: willing to travel for advisory boards, workshops, and client relationships .
