Executive AI Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Executive AI Advisor to support our senior leadership in adopting and leveraging Artificial Intelligence across a diverse business portfolio. This role will work directly with executives and business unit heads to identify high‑value AI opportunities, demonstrate relevant tools, and guide the organization toward becoming an AI‑driven enterprise.

Our group operates across several key industries, including construction and energy, healthcare, food industries, real estate, hospitality, financial investments, and workforce management. The successful candidate must be able to understand the needs of these sectors and propose sector‑aligned AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor global AI developments and evaluate tools relevant to our business sectors.
• Conduct tailored AI demonstrations for senior leadership.
• Develop AI use cases across multiple industries and business functions.
• Lead AI pilot implementations and assess their impact and ROI.
• Provide strategic guidance on AI adoption, integration, and capability building.
• Support the organization’s ambition to position itself as an AI‑forward enterprise.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience working with AI tools and implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver real‑world AI solutions in business environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex AI concepts to non‑technical executives.
• Experience across key AI domains including generative AI, automation, NLP, analytics, and computer vision.
• Familiarity with AI applications relevant to sectors such as construction, healthcare, agriculture, real estate, and services.
