We are seeking a highly professional, confident, and presentable Female Office In‑Charge who will also act as Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO. The role involves managing front‑office operations, meeting and greeting clients, professional customer hospitality, supporting executive activities, and representing the organization during national and international travel.
Key Responsibilities Office & Client Relations
- Manage front office and reception operations efficiently
- Meet, greet, and welcome clients and visitors professionally
- Entertain and engage customers through business hospitality, meetings, and relationship‑building activities
- Coordinate client meetings, visits, and corporate events
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
Personal Assistant to CEO
- Act as Personal Assistant to the CEO, providing direct executive support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Accompany the CEO when required for meetings, events, and travel
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day execution of the CEO’s professional commitments
Travel & Representation
- Willing to travel independently nationally and internationally
- Represent the company in a professional and respectful manner during travel
- Assist with travel arrangements, logistics, and client coordination
Requirements & Qualifications
- Female candidate (role‑specific requirement)
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant education preferred
- Experience in office management, personal assistance, client relations, or hospitality is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, well‑groomed, and professional personality
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills
- High level of confidentiality, discretion, and trustworthiness
- Ability and willingness to travel independently (local & international)
